1. Scope and contractual partners
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between us and our customers concluded via the online shop under the domain myonemake3d.shop.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
2.1. The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
2.2. By clicking the "Place order with payment" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
2.3. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
3. Prices and payment terms
3.1. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT.
3.2. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or TWINT.
4. Delivery and shipping costs
4.1. Delivery will take place within 2 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. The shipping costs will be communicated to the customer before the order is completed.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1 The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are described in the cancellation policy on our website.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. The statutory warranty rights apply.
6.2. myOneMake3D is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or handling of the goods.

7.1. Your data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can view under Privacy Policy .
8. Final provisions
8.1. The law of the Swiss Confederation shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
8.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
8.3. Place of jurisdiction and place of performance is our registered office.
